The Condo Investor provides data for individual condominium projects that have active investor components (covering buildings with more than 50 units in total and more than 20 rental transactions in a 12 month period). In addition, an analysis of market conditions is provided.
Will Dunning’s careful analysis is used to estimate:
- Average rents for "standardized" units (current and year ago).
- Selling prices for the same standardized units (current and year ago).
- Implied 10 year rates of return on investment, assuming various rates of growth of value.
